Sometimes you just crave those greasy Mcdonald fries!
Well when I feel that urge coming I make these "healthier" fries and my taste buds come away just as pleased!
What you need:
- sweet potato- plenty for 2 people
- dash of salt and pepper
- optional- cayenne pepper
- EVOO
- Preheat oven to 375
- Peel sweet potato
- Cut into wedges- I slice them similar to carrots for veggie tray
- On baking sheet drizzle with EVOO
- Place on cooking sheet and add salt and pepper.
- I like cayenne to spice it up a bit!
- Bake 15 mins then flip and bake another 15.
