Sweet Potato Fries

Sometimes you just crave those greasy Mcdonald fries!
Well when I feel that urge coming I make these "healthier" fries and my taste buds come away just as pleased!

What you need:
  • sweet potato- plenty for 2 people
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • optional- cayenne pepper
  • EVOO
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Peel sweet potato
  3. Cut into wedges- I slice them similar to carrots for veggie tray
  4. On baking sheet drizzle with EVOO
  5. Place on cooking sheet and add salt and pepper.
  6. I like cayenne to spice it up a bit!
  7. Bake 15 mins then flip and bake another 15.
